For the Medicare plan year starting January 1, 2025 these are the plans that we will be in contract with. If you would like to continue to use our pharmacy and use your prescription insurance benefits through Medicare you will need to contact your insurance broker or Medicare 1-800-633-4227 or visit Medicare.gov and select one of these plans. Medicare open enrollment ends December 7, 2024. If you have already selected a plan you have until December 7, 2024 to make changes to your selection.
