If you would like to continue to use our pharmacy and use your prescription insurance benefits through Medicare you will need to contact your insurance broker or Medicare 1-800-633-4227 or visit Medicare.gov and select one of these plans. Medicare open enrollment ends December 7, 2026. If you have already selected a plan you have until December 7, 2026 to make changes to your selection.
