Pucci's LTC Pharmacy is located at 1428 33rd St, Sacramento, CA 95816. Pucci's LTC Pharmacy services long term care patients and hospice patients who are physically unable to access prescription and non-presription medications. Pucci's LTC Pharmacy will continue to offer all of the same great services including medications in traditional pharmacy bottles, unit dose (bingo) cards for medications, medication cards sorted by time of day (Dispill), and medication strips (Rapid Pak). Our delivery area will include points as far as Davis, Dixon, Woodland, Yuba City, Colfax, El Dorado Hills, Shingle Springs, Stockton, & Manteca.
